What was the highlight of Hotel Gran Pacifico
Good location with nice restaurant for short stay in Puerto Montt
Perfectly nice hotel within proximity of the sea wall walk, and lovely view from the roof top restaurant. A bit dated in terms of decor, but nice enough and quiet. Staff were helpful.
Service was efficient but a bit indifferent at times.

Great value and great staff!
Rodrigo was exceptional. We arrived having parked in the parking garage next to the hotel which didn’t have easy access with lots of luggage to the hotel. He helped us with a special entrance and personally took our luggage all the way to our room. He ordered a taxi for the following morning that was waiting ahead of the scheduled time at 6:15am. We had dinner which was delicious at the hotel restaurant on the 10th floor.
The shower was very slow to drain so I was standing in a few inches of water during my shower.

Good place for overnight stay in Puerto Montt.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice restaurant.
Wasn't able to do laundry, albeit we had a fairly short stay.
